A consultancy built on partnership

JAMY& came to us with a business built on a belief most consultancies only gesture at: that the most meaningful work happens between people, not for them. Founded by two friends turned business partners, the ampersand in the name tells the whole story — the founders, and the clients they work alongside. Partnership is not a value on the wall. It is the actual structure of how they operate.

The strategic challenge was to make that philosophy visible — to translate a deeply held value into a brand that could walk into a room and communicate it before a word was spoken. From there, we defined a positioning that held two qualities in productive tension: sophisticated and human. A consultancy that combines rigorous thinking with the kind of honest relationship-building that gets to the real work faster.

 

Elegance with a pulse

The identity is built around a custom ampersand — drawn to live independently as a symbol, its form evoking two figures joined in motion. A refined neutral base gives the brand its composure, while a confident orange accent and playful illustrations ensure it never tips into the studied cool that makes consultancies feel distant.

The art direction mirrors the same thinking — candid, human imagery always paired with architectural framing, two elements in conversation. Bold enough to command the room, intimate enough to make the work feel genuinely shared.
